TWO.- CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEB PORTAL
Access to the website is free except for the cost of connection via the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by the users. Certain services are exclusive to our customers and their access is restricted.
The use of the Portal attributes the status of user of the web portal and implies the acceptance of all of the conditions included in this Legal Notice. The provision of the portal’s service has a duration which is limited to the time the user is connected to the web portal.
The user undertakes to make proper use of the web portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User will be liable to AnyTech365 or to third parties, for any damage and harm that may be caused as a result of breaching this obligation.
The use of the Portal for the purpose of damaging property or interests belonging to AnyTech365 or third parties, or in any way overloading, damaging or disabling the networks, servers and other equipment (hardware) or computer applications (software) belonging to AnyTech365 or third parties is expressly prohibited.

The page establishing the link must faithfully comply with the law and may not under any circumstances have or link their own or third party contents which: (I) are illegal, harmful or contrary to morals and good customs (pornographic, violent, racist, etc.); (II) lead or could lead to the User having a misconception that AnyTech365 subscribes to, endorses, adheres to or in any way supports, the ideas, statements or expressions, legal or illegal, of the sender; (III) are inappropriate or not relevant to the activity of AnyTech365 in terms of place, contents and theme of the sender’s website.
The access service to the portal includes links that enable the user to access other websites and portals. In these cases, AnyTech365 acts as a provider of intermediary services in accordance with article 17 of Law 34/2002, of 12th July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and will only be liable for the contents and services supplied on the Linked Sites to the extent to which it has actual knowledge of the illegality and has not deactivated the link with due diligence.
The existence of linked websites must not, under any circumstances, imply the existence of agreements with the website managers or owners or identification of AnyTech365 with the statements, contents or services provided.
AnyTech365 is not aware of the content and services of the Linked Websites and therefore does not accept any liability for the damages caused by the illegality, quality, outdatedness, unavailability, error or uselessness of the content and/or services of the Linked Websites or for any other damage that cannot be directly attributed to AnyTech365.

AnyTech365 is the owner or licensee of all of the intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained within it. For this reason, the reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of all or part of the contents of this website is expressly prohibited.
The brands, trade names or distinctive signs belong to AnyTech365 or third parties, and access to the web portal cannot be understood to attribute any rights over the aforementioned brands, trade names and/or distinctive signs.

FOUR.- LAW AND APPLICABLE JURISDICTION
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish legislation. The Courts of Marbella will have jurisdiction over any disputes brought before it arising from this contract, unless another jurisdiction applies preferentially due to a legal provision.
In the event of any dispute that may arise in relation to the compliance of this contract, the parties agree that they will try to reach an amicable agreement in good faith before the use of any other means of conflict resolution.
